Leadership Development Category
The Leadership Development category seeks to support leadership and/or professional development of key leaders in organizational settings. This includes, but is not limited to:
Webinars, trainings, and/or seminars designed to enhance the applicant’s leadership skills such as: facilitation, conflict resolution, nonprofit management, budgeting, etc.
One-on-one sessions with a life coach, spiritual director, or another consultant versed in organizational development and management.
Applicants to this category should align with all of the following qualifications:
Are connected enough to transgender communities to be able to respond and support people of trans experience when they present themselves
Hold a leadership role in their community, whether in a religious organization or other non-religious organizational setting
Applicant must be able to support their primary and targeted audiences with regard to their particular niche in community service and or activist/advocacy work.
